2. Booking & Payments: Sessions and rentals require advance booking and pre-payment. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Content Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative work produced by FigureSpur remains the intellectual property of the agency.

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, attend scheduled meetings, and respect agreed timelines.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

6. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to update services, prices, and policies as needed. Changes will be communicated clearly.
