Refund Policy

We value your investment—and our time.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm. This covers prep, planning, and reserving your spot. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun or services have been delivered.

We allow one reschedule per booking with 24+ hours’ notice, at no extra charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session may result in forfeiting your deposit.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to reasons on our end, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the circumstances.
